Prior knowledge of Photoshop environment
Step 1: Make the skin grey
Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation or (Ctrl + U)

Step 2: Select the background
Click onto the Marque Selection Tool. Enter 1 in feather box. Select the white background , tracing along the woman’s outline.

Step 3: Remove the background
Press the delete key.

Step 4: Set the foreground color
Click onto the Set Foreground Color Icon. It’ll open the Color Picker dialog box and enter #9aa2a4 for the color and click onto OK.

Step 5: Set the background color
Click on Set Background Color icon. It’ll open the Color Picker dialog box and enter #dddddd. Then click onto OK.

Step 6: Add a gradient background
Create a new layer by clicking onto the Create a new layer Icon located at the bottom of the Layers Palette. Make sure the layer is beneath the photo layer. Then click onto the Gradient Tool in the tool bar. Select Linear Gradient > Foreground to Background. Click onto the photo and drag the mouse from the top of the photo to the bottom.

Step 7: Create the fangs
Open the fang drawing and drag it on top of the photo. Position it above the teeth. Using the Magic Wand Tool, select both the teeth. Then create a new layer following step 6. Click onto the Paint Bucket tool and select foreground color and change the color to #dddcd1. Click the selected areas, filling them with the color.

Step 8: Make fangs appear natural
Select the fang layer. Click onto the fx icon at the bottom of the Layers pallet to add layer styles. Select the following settings:

Step 9: Colorize lips
Select lips. Create a new layer. Change the foreground color to # c22d31. Fill the selected area using the Paint Bucket tool. Then click onto the layers style drop down box and select Color.

Step 10: Add dripping blood
Open the blood drawing and drag it on top of the photo. Position it on the right side of the mouth. Then click onto the fx icon at the bottom of the Layers palette to add layer styles. Select the following settings:
